I went to Toronto two weeks ago to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a lot planned for that day 😅 but everything went smoothly (other than the normal Toronto traffic). We started by watching the A-MA-ZING Oscar nominee I’m still here. The movie is a masterpiece. Fernanda Torres’ work is outstanding. She won the Golden Globe for best Actress and is also nominated for the Oscars. It gives you goosebumps. The movie is heavy and sad. But SO necessary, especially in a time where far right movements are rising all over the world.

I’m happy I had the opportunity to watch it, and if you have too, you should go!

The movie was followed by Korean food (Zeus bless the beef bulgogi) and, of course, Karaoke!
