Today’s Prompt: What is your favourite photo you’ve ever taken?

Again with the favourite things. I don’t have favourites especially when it comes to pictures I take. I might not like most things I do (even tho I do it anyways) but if there’s one thing I know how to do and I have no problem saying that it’s how to take pictures. And I like the pics I take so it’s even harder to pick a fave.

So I will add a few here:

I love this pic. I love the light and the colours and I love Toronto Skyline. This one was taken back in July 2015 on the day of the Pan Am Games closing ceremony. I went with a friend to the Toronto Islands to try to photograph the fireworks coming out of the CN Tower that day. We were eaten by mosquitoes and stood there forever waiting for the sunset, the perfect light and then, the fireworks, but it was worth it.

This was taken on my 3-month backpacking trip back in 2019. The weather has not been kind to us (me and two other friends) in Italy. It rained so heavily on that day in Pompei that we could not use our shoes when we came back to Rome and went to the Colosseum using our flip-flops.

Not much for the picture itself. It’s not good, I don’t have the proper equipment anymore to take a really nice picture of the milky way, but the day we had was amazing. I tell you everything about this fantastic day here.

This is one of those pictures that were taken a million times but still I wanted to have my own. It was a fun day too, walking our asses off in NY, we crossed the Brooklyn Bridge to get to Dumbo and find the perfect spot to take this pic. We walked so much we had to take a Tylenol to be able to sleep because our feet were hurting sooooo badly.

Another amazing day in Paris. Booooy, I miss travelling. Yeah, I know, I’m travelling right now, but I mean, exploring new places, hotels, trying new food, you know the deal. But I don’t feel comfortable doing that until this whole Covid thing gets actually better.
